Shipping policy

Delivery within the campus is complimentary.  For on campus, orders received by 4pm will deliver the same day.  If you have a rush order, please call us at 703.776.3470 so that we can do everything possible to get your order delivered right away.

Directions for In Hospital Delivery 

For free in hospital delivery please select the "Ship/In-Hospital Delivery" option. Enter the hospital's address where you'd like the delivery to go. Click here for Fairfax Hospital address Choose "In-Hospital Delivery" as your shipping method. Proceed to enter your payment information. Click "Pay Now" to complete your order.

We ship within the United States.

Please allow 2-3 days for processing orders that are shipping off campus.

0.00-15.99 = 9.95
16.00-74.99 = 12.95
75.00-249.99 = 14.95
250.00 and up = complimentary

If an item is oversize or overweight, we will send an email for additional shipping costs.  Your order will be processed when the shipping is paid.

If an order has been marked as delivered, Inova Gift Shops is not responsible for replacing it due to theft or if it goes missing.  If you are concerned about porch piracy, we encourage you to let us know a signature is required for delivery.  Please email us at inovagiftshops@inova.org
