The Retail and Resale operation team oversees the daily operations of seven retail gift shops in the Inova hospitals and three resale stores benefitting Inova in the community. This team is responsible for the management of our stores to include the design and layout of the stores, the selection and sourcing of products to sell, the management of inventory levels and supply chain logistics, the execution of sales and marketing strategies, the analysis of improving processes to increase efficiency and profitability, and the delivery of an excellent customer experience. Our stores provide funds for important programs, services, and equipment in support of Inova's nonprofit medical, education and community programs.
